Good morning. It's 10 o'clock. I'm Nina Liao and it's time for EZ News on ICRT.

There are three headlines that we know.
First, 
Olympics
Six candidates from Europe and Asia are in the running to host the 2022
Winter Games. 
The International Olympic Committee released the official list of bid cities
after the deadline for applications passed. 
Beijing hosted the 2008 Summer Olympics and Stockholm held the 1912 Games.
Oslo hosted the 1952 Winter Olympics. 
The winning city will be selected in 2015

International relief is being airlifted into the Philippines
in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan 
which has caused widespread devastation 
and killed more than ten thousand people.
Relief workers are struggling to reach
some of the more remote areas affected by the typhoon.
Pope Francis is urging people around the world to send aid to the Philippines, 
and U-S President Barack Obama has issued a statement saying
he's deeply saddened by the loss of life and extensive damage caused by the storm.
Our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks says U-S aid is now on its way.

Finally,

Looking at the weather across Taiwan ...
We can expect ....
Mostly cloudy skies and occasional rain in the north - w/ a high of 22 in
Taipei.
And .. partly cloudy skies in the center and south - w/ a high of 28 in
Taichong and a a high of 29 in Kaohsiung.
